1. Service Overview

2. Agreement Terms

Vintech LLC reserves the right to revise or amend this Agreement at any time, with or without notice. Any such amendments will take immediate effect upon being posted on the Site or upon being otherwise communicated to you through any reasonable communication method, including but not limited to email or notification within your account dashboard. Your continued use of the Service after any such amendments constitutes your acceptance of the revised Agreement. If you do not agree with any changes, your only recourse is to discontinue use of the Service. Vintech LLC retains full discretion to reject any application for use of the Service for any reason, including but not limited to prior violations or failure to meet eligibility requirements.
3. License and Content Usage
3.1 License Grant
Subject to these Terms, Vintech LLC grants you a limited, non-transferable, non-exclusive, revocable license to access and use the Service solely for personal, non-commercial use. This includes viewing streaming content on a download-only basis via authorized platforms and devices that are compatible with our Service. Vintech LLC reserves the right to modify, enhance, or terminate any part of the Service at its sole discretion and without prior notice. 3.2 Content Restrictions

3.5 Login Credentials
Upon successful registration, unique login credentials will be issued via email within approximately five minutes. These credentials must be safeguarded to prevent unauthorized access. Sharing login information with unauthorized parties is strictly prohibited and may result in account suspension.
4. Support Services
To utilize the Service, your device must meet minimum technical specifications, including internet connectivity and browser compatibility. Support Services include:

These services are provided during regular business hours and exclude holidays or weekends. Vintech LLC may choose its method of communication and is under no obligation to provide on-site or additional support unless explicitly agreed upon in writing. The scope and duration of support may vary based on your subscription level, and additional charges may apply for extended services.
5. Fees and Payment Terms
5.1 Subscription Fee Structure
Subscription fees are disclosed on the Site and within the user portal. Subscriptions begin immediately upon registration or after a five-day trial period, depending on the promotion. Monthly fees are charged automatically unless you cancel your subscription. Payment details and ongoing charges are detailed in the member dashboard and welcome email. Fees may be subject to change with prior notice. Continued use of the Service after a fee update constitutes acceptance of the new rate.
In the event of payment failure, Vintech LLC may apply a discounted rate to maintain your access or assess an administrative fee if applicable. Late payments may incur penalties or lead to service suspension.
5.2 Internet Charges
You are responsible for all internet connectivity costs incurred during your use of the Service, including but not limited to data charges, bandwidth consumption, and device compatibility upgrades.
6. Cancellation and Termination Policy
6.1 Cancellation
You may cancel your subscription at any time from the moment of registration. Cancellation during a paid subscription period will become effective at the end of the current billing cycle. Cancellations may be made via the user dashboard or by contacting support. You are responsible for confirming that the cancellation has been processed correctly and for keeping a record of the confirmation.
6.2 Service Termination
Vintech LLC may alter, suspend, or permanently discontinue the Service or Agreement at its discretion, with or without cause and with or without notice. Termination may be due to multiple accounts, payment issues, rule violations, or operational reasons. If you are a paid user and the termination negatively impacts your access, a prorated refund for the remaining subscription term may be provided. Vintech LLC shall not be liable for any data loss or interruption resulting from termination.
6.3 Additional Remedies
In cases of Agreement breach, Vintech LLC may block access, suspend services, or pursue legal remedies. Enforcement may involve IP blocking, account restriction, or reporting of unlawful behavior to relevant authorities.
6.4 Post-Termination Effects
Upon termination, you will lose access to the Service and account contents. Vintech LLC reserves the right to retain or delete your data at its discretion. Your obligations under this Agreement remain in force post-termination, including provisions related to intellectual property and liability limitations.
7. Refunds
Refunds will be processed within seven days of cancellation notice and returned via the original payment method within 14 days, unless otherwise agreed. Legal refund rights remain unaffected. Refunds will not be issued for partial use or unused time unless required by law or explicitly promised under promotional terms.
8. User Responsibilities
You agree to use the Service in compliance with applicable laws and in a manner that does not infringe on intellectual property or personal rights. Unauthorized automation, content extraction, interference with systems, or unauthorized advertising is prohibited. You must not introduce malware, access restricted systems, or disrupt services. Usage must be for private, personal purposes only. You also agree to follow community standards, report abuse, and interact respectfully with others through any interactive features.
You also agree not to:
- Encourage or assist others in violating these Terms
- Circumvent security features or digital rights protections
- Collect data in violation of the Privacy Policy
- Broadcast, lend, or publicly display content
- Misrepresent your identity or affiliation while using the Service
9. Service Suspension
We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or terminate some or all of the Service offerings or features without liability. Temporary or permanent suspension may be implemented at our discretion. Users in violation of these Terms are not eligible for compensation or credit. Suspension may also occur due to operational, legal, or technical constraints. During such suspensions, access to certain content or features may be limited without notice.
10. Copyright
All content is the intellectual property of Vintech LLC, its affiliates, or licensors, and may not be used without written consent. Third-party licensors may enforce their rights directly. Any unauthorized use or reproduction of content is subject to legal action and potential financial damages.
11. Trademarks
All product and service names, logos, and marks displayed on the Site are trademarks of Vintech LLC or their respective owners. No license or right to use these is granted without explicit permission. Unauthorized use may violate federal and state trademark laws.
12. Force Majeure
Vintech LLC is not liable for performance failures due to events beyond reasonable control, including natural disasters, warfare, labor disputes, and widespread connectivity issues. Performance obligations will be suspended for the duration of such events. Notification will be provided when feasible, and obligations will resume when conditions permit.
13. Disclaimer of Warranties
The Service is provided “as-is” without any warranties of any kind. Vintech LLC does not warrant that the Service will be error-free, virus-free, or uninterrupted, nor that it will meet your expectations. All use is at your own risk. You understand and agree that service interruptions, downtimes, or data losses may occur.
14. Governing Law and Jurisdiction
These Terms are governed by the laws of . You agree to submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of courts within this jurisdiction. Consumer rights under mandatory law remain unaffected. If any provision is found unenforceable, the remainder of the Terms shall remain in effect.
